(Reis-)verzekering

The Fieldwork is een vzw en heeft een verzekering voor activiteiten die ze organiseert in groepen. Die verzekering dekt niet jouw persoonlijke aandeel op reis, dus het is aangewezen om te checken bij je verzekeringsagent of je een eigen reisverzekering hebt!

Cancelpolicy

Meer dan 80 dagen voor afreis
Als je meer dan 80 dagen voor afreis je plaats annuleert, ben je enkel verplicht een administratieve onkostenvergoeding van €150 aan The Fieldwork te betalen.

80 dagen - 40 dagen voor afreis
Als jij je plaats annuleert 80 tot 40 dagen voor afreis, ben je verplicht 50% van de totale reissom aan The Fieldwork te betalen.

40 dagen of minder voor afreis
Vanaf 40 dagen of minder voor afreis, ben je bij annulering van jouw plaats verplicht om 100% van de reissom aan The Fieldwork te betalen.
Ongeacht of hetgeen er tussenkomt van natuurlijke, familiale, medische, spirituele of goddelijke aard is.

The Fieldwork is a vzw and has their own insurance for the organisation of group-activities. This insurance doesn’t cover your personal share on this trip, so please inform whether your insurance covers your personal part in trips abroad.

Cancel-policy

More than 80 days before the trip
If you cancel more than 80 days before departing on the trip, you only need to pay an administration fee of €150 to The Fieldwork.

80 days - 40 days before the trip
If you cancel between 80 and 40 days before departing on the trip, you are obliged to pay 50% of the total fee to The Fieldwork.

40 days or less before the trip
From 40 days before departing on the trip, or less, you are obliged to pay 100% of the total fee to the Fieldwork.
No matter if the cause of cancellation has a natural, personal, spiritual or divine nature.
